How it all began

A workshop was never
the first advantage.

Autologic Motors began in 2013, not with a perfect building or unlimited resources, but with a willingness to learn, serve and keep going.

The early work happened wherever it could: in backyards, driveways and spaces lit by whatever light was available. Every vehicle brought a new challenge. Every difficult diagnosis became a lesson. Every customer who trusted the work became part of the foundation.

What started as practical repairs grew into a deeper purpose—to build an automotive company defined by technical excellence, transparency and respect for the people who rely on their vehicles every day.

The late nights

“When everyone else
had gone home...”

There were countless late nights spent under vehicles long after the rest of the city had gone to sleep.

One photograph captures those years perfectly. While I repaired another customer’s vehicle, my girlfriend stood beside me holding a work light, making sure the job could continue despite the darkness.

Sacrifice.Partnership.Belief.Commitment.

That photograph represents far more than a repair. AutoLogic Motors was built one late night at a time.

Behind The Dream

Every entrepreneur needs someone who believes in them before the rest of the world does. My mother has been that person.

Through every challenge, every setback and every victory, she has remained one of the strongest foundations behind AutoLogic Motors. Her encouragement, prayers and unwavering support gave me the confidence to continue building when success still seemed far away.

Without her belief, this journey would have been far more difficult.

A Client

Mr. Ikageng Seloi first brought me a Volkswagen Syncro Bus that many mechanics around Gaborone had failed to repair. Successfully repairing that vehicle marked the beginning of one of the most important relationships in the history of AutoLogic Motors.

Since then he has become much more than a client: a mentor, a father figure, a trusted adviser, a friend and one of our earliest believers.

When the business faced difficult moments he stood beside us. He introduced clients so many times that I genuinely lost count. His guidance, generosity and belief have played a major role in helping AutoLogic Motors grow.
