Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Autologic Motors – Drive Hub account (app and website) and the data linked to it.

How to request deletion

1. Message us on WhatsApp or call +267 72 732 543, stating the email address registered on your account.
2. We confirm the request with you on the registered contact details.
3. Your account is deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, profile (name, phone, city), registered vehicles, vehicle photos, booking attachments and notification history.

What may be kept

Invoices, receipts, payment records and job records for work already carried out may be retained where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes, and are then no longer linked to an active account.
